Sessions are hosted seven days a week at various times throughout the day, breaking down accessibility barriers to receiving mental health support. All of the group support sessions on the Sesh Platform are offered virtually at a previously scheduled day and time. Dependent upon session topic, three session length options are offered: 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute sessions. For example, trauma-specific sessions are scheduled for 60-minutes while mindfulness-specifc sessions are scheduled for 30-minutes or 45-minutes. The majority of sessions offered on the Sesh platform are scheduled for 60-minutes.

Are therapists generally hired as W2 employees, 1099 contractors, or both?

Are therapists eligible for employment if they require supervision, or does the company only hire independently licensed clinicians?

We hire therapists who require supervision to practice for services that do not require formal clinical supervision

How many hours per week are therapists expected to provide client-facing, direct clinical services (assuming they have a FULL caseload)?

There are no expectations for our clinicians to provide a specific amount of hours each week or month towards direct service with our members within group support sessions. Clinicians are limited to schedule a maximum of 3 session series each month, which would come out to 12 - 15 sessions total per month.

Facilitators are compensated at a standard base rate for each scheduled group support session based on the duration of session.

Sesh offers quarterly bonuses to facilitators who will attain certification on the Sesh platform by meeting various qualifications surrounding facilitation frequency, facilitator meeting attendance, participation in training(s), and Sesh platform tenure.

Also, onboarded facilitators are eligible for a $100 referral bonus for each colleague once the individual is successfully onboarded and assigned sessions for a future month.

We offer a yoga- free trial membership allowing clinicians to participate in virtual yoga classes with out cost for a year.

Contractors choose how much they would like to work and have autonomy over their schedules. There is no minimum amount of group sessions clinicians are required to facilitate.

Yes, we administer a quarterly Facilitator Satisfaction Survey. Our latest Q4 survey revealed our NPS to be 69.

What else would draw therapists to this company over other healthcare or tech companies?

Because we do not offer group therapy only group support, clinicians do not have to complete progress notes and have minimal required administrative asks. Clinicians can work other part-time or full-time jobs simultaneously given the we do not have a minimum amount of groups that they are required to facilitate. They are 100 % in charge of their schedule.
