I'm Avni Panchal, LCSW located in the Bay Area, California. I have been in the mental health field for a decade and have worked in both public and private sector in various roles (therapist, case manager, supervisor, trainer, mentor). I currently train social workers in Bay Area Counties and teach social worker students at lcoal universities such as San Francisco State and Cal State East Bay. I founded my practice, Strength + Self Love Wellness & Consulting where I offer individual and couples therapy along with workplace wellness sessions for tech companies and other organizations. My mission is to de-stigmatize mental health and help clients recognize their inner strength and practice self love.
