I work in mental health health quality improvement with proven skills in staff leadership, operations management, and compliance to ensure adherence to an organization’s goals and objectives.

I am passionate about mental health, behavioral health and social services, I have overseen major programs complemented by my experience as a project manager, mental health counselor, and consumer/peer advocate.

My background includes years as a mental health worker, therapist and program manager complemented with over 10 years in a faculty position at California State University East Bay developing Counseling and Research Methods curricula and delivering lessons for graduate students.

I am particularly strong in mentoring and guiding others in translating vision, mission and theory into tactics that best meet client needs.
