Hi, my name is Luzelly Frias and I am a clinical social worker in Boston, MA. I am a bilingual and bicultural Latina who is a warm and empathetic therapist. I work from a trauma informed, anti-oppressive lens. My focus is holistic, using mindfulness, positive self talk, self-care, and self-compassion to achieve emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical balance.

I enjoy being active, giving hugs, finding the best donuts and fries in town, and loving on my growing plant jungle. I've recently had an interest in the technology space and how folks doing the work "behind the scenes" are often not emotionally supported as demand and workloads increase. I hope to connect with others who are passionate about mental health in the technology space for Black and Brown folks.
