Mirella Flores Randelman, Ph.D., L.P. (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Colorado. Mirella works as a Victim Advocate Counselor and Multicultural Specialist at the University of Colorado, Boulder’s Office of Victim Services. Mirella enjoys working within university settings and has been a clinician at several counseling centers where she has provided individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, campus outreach, and diversity, equity and inclusion training. Mirella’s primary clinical interests include, but are not limited to, multicultural and social justice concerns, identity development (taking an intersectional lens), relational problems, trauma and recovery, and mood.
