Since we started Therapists in Tech we have continued to advocate for clinicians looking to move into or expand careers in digital health and tech. To that end we have tried to answer many of their most pressing questions - like What should I get paid? Or Where are good places to work? What should I ask about in interviews to assess the company's commitment to ethical clinical practices?

We’re working on something new to help companies better understand what clinicians and therapists are looking for in the companies they want to join. Something that will make it easier to attract and retain top quality clinical talent - which is increasingly difficult as companies compete for a smaller and smaller pool of clinicians.
