About the Event
Antoinette Amos, M.A., is the co-founder of Ragan & Amos Cultural Competency Consulting. She is a trainer, consultant, international speaker, and author. Her first children’s book entitled, Kind Kid Crew, a book about kindness, anti-bullying, and organic diversity and inclusion is scheduled for release on February 1, 2021. She is also a Lead Moderator/Consultant for Bias Rehab. Antoinette has a Master of Arts degree in Social and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology of Deviance and has more than 25 years of experience in human and social services and government. Her area of expertise is in the interconnectivity of factors impacting social behavior. Relevant experiences include New York State Buffalo Regional Office Regional Training Coordinator, New York State Office Children Family Services Licensor/Investigator, Training Evaluator with Center for Development of Human Services Research Foundation, and Director of Early Foundations for Buffalo Promise Neighborhood. Antoinette is a Leadership Buffalo graduate, an Academy for Human Rights Board member and frequently serves as a Guest Lecturer at colleges, organizations, and events.
