No, there is some specialization/innovation to the therapists' work

Therapists provide brief 30-40 minute intake/ screening calls and then up to 3/ 30 min in program calls throughout the course of the 12 week program. All other clinical care is provided asynchronously by monitoring the participant as they work through the 12 week evidenced based program by chatting and recommending practices.

We only hire independently licensed therapists

We have a compensation deck we share with therapists interested in applying that shares rates for intake (premium for afterhours) in program calls, per participant per month and training time

We offer bonuses for caseload sizes. We also offer all therapist stock options regardless of W2 or 1099 status. We take pride in all therapists having a vested interest in the company success.

The dashboard tracks most activities for payments but we also use separate invoicing for care that occurs outside the dashboard to make sure everyone is paid equitably and in line with best clinical practices.

Therapists are 1099 contractors and therefor we do not have a benefits package currently. We do encourage time off by having case coverage protocols in place to make sure therapists feel comfortable taking the time they need.

We offer free CEUs and pay hourly for up to 2 hours of CEU training time per license (ie if you hold 5 licenses we pay for 10 hours of training time per year)
