None of our therapists provide clinical care. They are in charge of clinical AI and data annotation. Some of our clinicians also do project management for healthcare companies.

No, but we have a $1500 a year stipend for education and we cover the costs of co-working spaces, computers, monitors and chairs.

We have unlimited PTO, in theory we have sick days but no one counts.

We have regular 1:1s with managers; we have DBT skills classes and BIPOC in Tech support groups offered and a DEIB consultant for 1:1 meetings who reports directly to our Board.
