We collect feedback from our provider network through regular surveys alongside opportunities to share feedback in research settings, such as focus groups, user experience interviews, etc. Our NPS score is well above industry average and we closely monitor provider satisfaction and feedback throughout the year so that we can build products and programming that improve their experience! We do not share ratings externally.

We also build a strong company culture for our providers through several programs including blog writing, opportunities to lead training sessions with our customer base, a provider advisory board, and more!

What else would draw therapists to this company over other healthcare or tech companies?

This is a short term solution focused EAP care model with an average of 10 sessions and a range from 2-24 depending on customer preference. We have a continuity of care program for the members who would like to continue seeing their therapist after using their free sessions. We also have a medication management network and partner with a smoking cessation program as well as several SUD programs.

We have licensed care navigators available to provide additional support to our members and to act as a point of contact for therapists regarding their clients' care. Our care navigators also provide support through our 24/7 crisis line for members.

We administer assessments automatically through the platform so members can report on their progress and this data is available to them, their care navigators, and their therapist.

Our onboarding process takes 2-4 weeks to complete with ongoing support from our onboarding team throughout each step.

03/02/2023	Spring Health		6-12 sessions typically; short term, solution focused. There is some opportunity to continue care for those who need it. SUD program for HR referrals (care navigators help connect them to therapists with SUD training or background). Pretty easy in terms of onboarding. They have measurement-based care (9 different measures) but it's the responsibility of the client and care navigators; results are available to therapists. Wish the medical record was a little more functional.
