03/02/2023	Spring Health		6-12 sessions typically; short term, solution focused. There is some opportunity to continue care for those who need it. SUD program for HR referrals (care navigators help connect them to therapists with SUD training or background). Pretty easy in terms of onboarding. They have measurement-based care (9 different measures) but it's the responsibility of the client and care navigators; results are available to therapists. Wish the medical record was a little more functional.
11/23/2022	Spring Health	N/A	Company is in a hyper growth phase so it often feels like building the plane as it is being built. As such, some of the nuance of clinical decision making is sometimes overlooked.
