04/26/2023 | Two Chairs | I would hesitate to refer someone who wants to do slower, more processed-focused work with clients, and who is maybe a little more introverted (preferring to just do clinical work and go home). | Two Chairs is a really great place to work if you enjoy the tech start-up environment. Caseload/utilization requirements are significant but doable, and you will have ample opportunity to connect & collaborate with fellow clinicians. However, if you are not tech-savvy, struggle with change, or prefer to do slower and more process-focused work, you might struggle here. | I think Two Chairs leadership genuinely care about their clinicians and expanding access to good quality mental health care AND they are navigating larger systemic issues w/in US healthcare industry while making enough money to keep the lights on. It's a hard balance, and sometimes they mess up, but I have also seen a lot of accountability and improvement. Bottom line, it's a great place to work if you like a dynamic and collaborative environment, but you may struggle if you are at a point in your career where you prefer a slower pace. |
10/04/2022 | Two Chairs | N/A | They are committed to responsible growth. Clinician input is valued through participation in cross-functional work groups and other feedback avenues. | |
Two Chairs Behavioral Health | You don’t have as much flexible scheduling as portrayed. You don’t have a lot of time off and you will be paid lower than other companies. Clinical hours expected each week are 27. |
