Lyra
I would hesitate to recommend being in Lyra's provider network due to Lyra's lack of flexibility regarding telehealth and PsyPACT as well as difficulty getting a rate increase.
They prefer an evidence-based short-term model of therapy - though many clients have 20+ sessions per year via Lyra. I do feel they are very ethical, organized and stable as a company.

I may be hesitant to refer them to become a therapist for the video platform due to the way that they engage in their bonus structure. I think it’s a better option for people who are contractors And have gladly referred them to that program due to its compensation and flexibility.
It’s a great place to work if you work on the corporate side (Lyra Health) - benefits are good and work life balance is good. Clinical leadership on the therapy side can be political and not always vested in the best interest of the therapists and supervisors. Coaching seems to be much more coach centric and focused on taking care of the coaches.

It depends on the department. Some departments are run more effectively and compassionately than others
Therapists are encouraged to work off performance based pay unless they’re contracted. There is a bonus structure.
