If there were to be a colleague that needed more support and guidance I would refer them elsewhere. It's been pretty hands off when it comes to clinical support which is fine with me, to be honest. I am a confident and seasoned therapist. (which is why I joined TnT, I am ready for my next step)
It's important to be a strong and independent clinician. They prefer evidence based approaches such as CBT and DBT. They seem to value continuing education and I would encourage anyone working with them to highlight trainings yearly when asking for a rate increase.
Like I previously mentioned, they are pretty hands off with me which I like but I can see where sometimes provider support is lagging. I think I have purposely have kept a low profile because it works as a major referral source for me, they always pay on time, it's a fair/decent rate and I genuinely enjoy the clients. I fear the day the money dries up or they decide to follow the model of other contract therapist companies. They recently added a requirement when requesting additional sessions for a client to add 1-2 sentences of the "why" which I tend to make short and vague because I don't think it's appropriate or perhaps even a HIPPA concern. I have noticed they are less likely to extend additional sessions as of late which is quite different than prime pandemic. I'm sure that is directly from the employers cutting back but I can't be certain. (or maybe it's because I tend to be vague with my pleas). I think it could be helpful or interesting to have some feedback regarding what the clients have to say about our time together. But, on the other hand I think I pretty much know when it's a good fit and I am most effective because the clients continue to work with me past their allotted sessions and pay out of pocket. I would like to know if there are any stats on me in anyway, you know? Otherwise, it's been great to see them grow and appreciate working with them since Jan 2020

You must use at least one empirically valid therapy method. No other type therapies may be used.

Depends on the role that the friend/therapist is applying for. I'd recommend if they are looking to be a part of the network. If they are looking to join the clinical strategy team that does not see clients/patients - I'd be hesitant to refer due to lack of clinical authority and respect, decisions are driven more by sales teams
It depends on the role that the prospective therapist will have. If they are seeing clients or patients on the platform, I believe they have an adequate clinical operations and clinical team to support their work. If the therapist is joining the clinical strategy team that oversees the evidence-base and quality of the platform itself, it'd be important to understand that business decisions are driven largely by the sales side of the organization which can make it feel like your clinical voice isn't valued. The result of this is that you may be asked to clinically innovate with limited or no resources since investment isn't being made into the clinical side of the organization.
Many of my answers are more reflective of the digital mental health industry as a whole, and disappointment of how majority of these companies in this industry seem to function. So that is to say that the challenges that this company has are shared across many companies in this industry.
Modern Health
There is only 1 person on executive leadership and the board with experience in healthcare or mental health care. Company operates as a tech company and not as a mental health tech company
Modern Health
Limited knowledge of the therapist experience, so any comments I would make here would be biased and possibly incorrect.
Incredibly talented, warm, and intelligent clinical team that is being severely underutilized by company leadership. The company needs clinical roles embedded across the company in all cross-functional areas, not isolated to a clinical team in and of themselves that have little influence on key areas of strategic priority.
