-The majority, if not all, of the clinician positions are contractor positions, which is not ideal if you're someone who needs benefits. -The onboarding/credentialing process with insurance was simple; referrals came rather quickly. -There is a max limit of clients you can see weekly, although this has changed (It used to be 15, but you can submit an application for a caseload increase (5 additional clients) that is dependent on your history of completing notes on time/completing measurement-based care requirements with your clients (PHQ9, GAD7, Therapeutic Alliance questionnaire). While there is access to clinical supervision, you have to be willing to seek it out. -It is a very independent position-your schedule is truly up to you and there is a lot of flexibility (but again, if you're looking for consistent and required supervision, this may difficult) -With the help of care navigators, you can really build a caseload that is best for you. While they take things into consideration when matching clients (scheduling preferences/availability, specialties, treatment modalities, gender, etc.), there are times when you may be matched with a client that is out of your comfort zone/skill level. Care navigators will manage the process of getting that client relinked with a new clinician that is a better fit. -Compensation has been great and some of the best I've seen in these type of companies ranging from $75-$130 per 45 minute session (depending on the insurance/reimbursement rate)
