I’m Ashleigh Golden, PsyD. I serve as Community Director for Therapists in Tech and Clinical Director of Behavioral Health for Lark, a chronic disease management app. I’m a Stanford-trained clinical psychologist with a specialty in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders. I enjoy consulting with clinicians to help problem-solve ‘stuckness’ in treatment around issues of ambivalence and resistance. I also consult with health tech start-ups, applying my deep knowledge in behavior change and evidence-based interventions to help leaders build out clinical teams, develop content, design new programs and solve issues with existing ones, and foster employee wellness.
